18-wheeler truck collides with Texas DPS office, various individuals genuinely harmed

Numerous individuals were genuinely harmed Friday after an 18-wheeler truck ran into a Division of Public Security office in Brenham, Texas, authorities said.


Montgomery Province Judge Imprint Keough said the episode was purposeful and “done by the suspect who was denied a CDL yesterday.”


“He returned today with the intent to hurt. It proceeded with supplications for the DPS staff, officers, and regular citizens impacted,” Keough said in a Facebook post.


Police have not gotten out whatever made the truck collide with the structure and will give an update at a Friday evening news meeting.


Three individuals were taken to Baylor Scott and White Clinical Center in stable condition. They generally experienced minor wounds from trash from the structure, an emergency clinic representative said.


The driver of the truck was hospitalized and afterward went over to policing, a clinic representative said. Police affirmed in a post on X that they had a suspect in custody.
Their characters have not been delivered.


Ethereal video from NBC News partner KPRC of Houston shows an enormous semitruck in the parking area of the workplace, focused on the structure, and to some extent retreated into the road.
The helicopter video shows that the entry of the structure seems, by all accounts, to have been seriously harmed.


The general population was approached to avoid the region, the Texas DPS said on X.
